The website lacked real product photos, leading to a lack of customer trust and lost orders. This was our first collaboration with another design agency, making it a challenge to gain trust for unsupervised work. I took responsibility for team communication, developed a new visual brand, supervised the design team, and assisted them with the project.

Due to budget constraints and tight deadlines, I had limited time for research and UX artefact creation. However, I proposed a streamlined process that included Desk Research, Ideation and Prototyping, and Visual Design, including Moodboard creation, UI Kit, and Design creation.
